상품이 오배송이 되어 정말 죄송합니다.

우선은 회수접수되어 회수기사님 연락오시면 재포장하여 전달해주시고

    since our korea logistics had already sent us the shipment.
    the 3 Rat are now delivered to Hong Kong. and the logistic fee will be very high if send it back to Korea.
    What would you suggest in this case?
